This function will send a notify email to all confirmed bookings with the chosen boat. Including tandems.

The meeting points must already be updated in the database.

Booking with a "Temp Meeting Point" are skipped and counted.

Double check all bookings have correct email. For example agent bookings that do not use our emails will not get the notification.
